Old news. If you feel so passionately about teen pregnancy, why don't you spend your time constructively by educating teens who aren't already pregnant about contraceptives...Instead of stressing out teens who are already in a stressful situation. Because while age may or may not have an affect on one's capacity to parent, stress DOES.
