I just gave birth 4 weeks ago. The pictures on the left are at 40 weeks, and the ones on the right are 3 weeks postpartum. I'm sooo happy with how quickly my body has bounced back!

Still a work in progress...but this was at 8 in a half months pp! (I will be 9 months pp tomorrow)

Don't have a perfect body and I'm unapologetic for it. I have given life and am sustaining life number two - with my body. I love myself.

I do. I didn't used to. But right now I do.
My body doesn't make up who I am. I think I look damn good with clothes on and that's good enough for me.

I feel no shame in how my body looks. I look my age, and I look like a lot of moms. I don't expect myself to look like a supermodel. I'm thin, but I don't need to compete with other women to be the skinniest or prettiest or the most toned or the best at photoshop to know I'm great. I don't credit my accomplishments to how I look. That comes from my ambition and abilities.

That is awesome  ! You are right, there is a highly unlikely chance that a mom after having babies will be one of the wayyy skinny supermodels, and however we should be proud of what we made, instead of being angry at how we look  . What you said is inspiring, I may post my pp pics up here now, I was all to embarrassed to take one without my shirt on but what you said sort of changed my mind.
