Over reacting?

I havent felt baby move at all today and Ive been up for 11 hours. Im worried maybe shes not doing so well. Usually she moves like crazy. Ive tried eating her favorite foods that usually get her kicking...nothing.

Im 31 weeks now and have heard that the further along you get the less room baby has to move. I considered this, but find it hard to rationalize that since just yesterday I was getting a whooping from the inside.

Any thoughts? Should I be truly concerned?

GO TO TRIAGE!! If you have done the drinking juice and laying on your side thing and no movement, then you need to get off the computer now and go to triage. It may be nothing, probably be nothing. But it's surely not worth it to risk it.

Is it possible that you just have been so busy that you didnt notice movements? Maybe baby is just having a lazy day. When I would get really worried, I would move my tummy around to see if I could wake her up and make her move. Itusually worked. I know it sounds mean but I WAS WORRIED!! hehehe

Have u tried sitting still and just watch your stomach? There are some movements that you wont necessarily 'feel' but instead, see.

You can also see ur baby breathing if you're lucky and also hiccuping..try this and also, try and count how many times you 'see' her move in 1 hour (at least 10 times).

If its 10 or more movements in an hour then you are all right. If its less, then get with your doc right away just to be sure.
Try not to worry and stress too much. I am sure all will be well  

If it makes you feel better, go to L&D and get checked. I did that once...hadn't felt my son move all day...and the SECOND that doppler touched my stomach, he kicked the shit out of it!

Trust me I do the same...sometimes for no reason i would 'wake' her up by rubbing my tummy in circular motion and talk to her and literally say "baby, wake up" lol!

Im going to try the juice thing that was mentioned. How long should I lie on my side?

I thought maybe I had just not paid enough attention today, but Ive been keeping an eye on her for the last 4 hours.

Drink the juice and lay down, if you dont feel anything in 30 minutes I would go to L and D to be safe!!

Wouldnt you know I just got about 4 movements.   but relieved.
What are reasons that theystop moving as much? Im sure I should expect this more in the future, but know its going to scare the hell out of me when it does.

Maybe she was napping, they sleep in there like they do when they come out. Butits a relief! Glad she is up and around. Now, dont you know she is going to be up all night. hehehe  

Im very relieved. Just a little confused.As annoying as it would be...Id take her keeping me up all night over worrying.
