Feeling sick before contractions...
posted 19th Jun
So i'm 38 weeks and 5 days, and i've been havingmild contractions for about a month. For about the past week they've been getting stronger justby the day and I don't usually have more than 10 a day. I've noticed in the past week that I feel sick to my stomach for about 10 minutes before a contraction and then once the contraction is over with, I feel fine. I know my baby is posterior but I don't think that would affect how my stomach feels, but I could be wrong. Also (as of earlier today) my cervix is still closed but my doctor said im really soft and the baby's head is extremely low. (to the point of where the opening of my cervix is on the back of my baby's head instead of top)I completely forgot to say something about this to my doctor today and i'll call him tomorrowbutI thought i'd askif anybody else had this issue, or had heard of it

well my baby was posterior and I got nauseas the day before I went into labor, but once I was in labor I was in too much pain from the contractions to notice if my stomach felt sick.
Good luck with labor, I ended up needing a c-section after 20 hours of labor and 2 hours of pushing, because she was face-up. Hopefully your baby turns before then!
