should I or shouldn't I ?

My house is a total wreck right now , and my baby is due in about 27 days ..my doctor has had me on bed rest for the past few weeks ...and I'm tired as heck on top of that...
My DH does help around the house when he can but he also works about 6 days a week ..so , I can't expect too much from him and I feel bad about asking ..
My mother and aunt have offered to come by and help w/ the house work and so have a few in-laws ...which is awesome of them ! I feel weird having someone else clean up after me though..*shrugs* ..and I feel sorta rude to accept the help
should I just get over it and let them help me around the house or should I just keep politely refusing their help ??
oh , and for the record my MIL and FIL are going to be staying w/ us in our tiny little place around the time baby comes ..so Im kinda nervous that they will think that I'm a bad wife ...
what would you ladies do??

If others are offering to help I would let them. It might help you relax more anyways knowing the house is clean. If it doesn't get cleaned though don't worry about the in-laws because if they have any common sense they will know that you can't be cleaning because you are on bed rest and that is no reflection of you being a "bad" wife.

take the help. after baby is here you can prove to them you're not so useless, but right now you need the help so i say jump on that boat. just be sure to thank them afterwards  

I would accept the help..... Your baby is almost here, your on bed rest, and when the baby comes you will so focused on the baby the last thing you will want to do is clean! Plus you having people stay with you.... so, accept the help!

It'll take some stress off of you to look around and see a clean house.  

Definitely let them help you! You need all the rest you can get while the baby is here. Also, if they are willing to be helpful once the baby is here, too you will totally appreciate it.

If your not gonna use them, could you send them my way...lol

Take all the help you can get. They know your situation...they wouldn't be offering if they didn't! Plus, it would probably be nice to have someone around to talk to.

I would pay a one time fee and have a maid come in and do a serious cleaning the week before baby is due...if you can afford it  .

TAKE THE HELP...

You're not asking, they're offering... which means there is no shame in it.

Hell, even if you were asking there is no shame. Its not like you're simply being lazy just because... your doctor has restricted your abilities.... So TAKE THE HELP.

I would take the help if they offer and you probably don't want to have to clean up old messes when the baby's born

Let them help you!! You need to rest and save your energy anyway. They wouldn't have offered if they didn't want to i'm sure.

My mom was just in for my baby shower and offered to spend a couple days helping me get things straight (DH is out of town and we just moved into a new apartment). I absolutely took her up on the offer. It was nice having someone else around to help b/c I was feeling very overwhelemed with finding spots for everything. Not to mention it gave me time with her. So I guess I am rambling on to say....take it while you have it!

dont feel bad there doing out of love since they see that u cant do what u normally do thryll do it 4 u 4 now!!! dont stress urself over nothing

you make a good point ...I get pretty bored and sometimes sorta lonesome here all day alone..I don't know what I would do w/o BG! 

from the sounds of things I should just take the help though
