sugar intake

For those of you who are having all day long sickness instead of just the normal MS, I have found something that works for me. Try sugary foods. I know its not the healthiest right now but if your doc's are anything like mine they said basically a balanced diet right now is anything that I can keep down. I have something sweet before I go to bed at night (bowl of ice cream, sherbert, pbj sandwich) and then I have something sweet for bfast (cereal, donut, muffins). The sugar has really done the trick and now I am eating spaghetti, soups, salads, proteins like I was never even sick. It really worked for me. I hope it does for you too!
