my 5 month old is now got to where he is doing nothing but tossing and turning all night and he flips over constantly to his stomach and i have been waking up scared to death cuz ive found him face down!! how can i stop this? bc now all i do is watch him sleep and i can hardly get any sleep for bein so scared of him flipping! what to do??? i would buy one of them things ive seen to lay them in thats a cushion thing or somethin to lay them in and its got things on both sides to where they wont turn or nothing but i would be wasting my money he would turn right over and out of it.

if he can move himself around, then h will most likely move himself if he's uncomfy or can't breathe. just keep an eye on him. but he'll most likely be ok. if you put one of those positioners in there then he will be more likely to suffocate because he can move himself around and get stuck against it and suffocate.

my son sleeps on his stomach and does fine. Sometimes on his side. I think as long as he can lift himself up and his head he should be fine.

agreed, Thats what I always said. My daughter is a belly sleeper and thats the way shes wanted it since she was a little over a month. They move when theyre not satisfied with a position
