HAs anyone used M.O.M. throughout their pregnancy or any other type of stool softener? I was constipated throughout my last pregnancy and never want to go through it again and I'm experiencing some of the symptoms tonight!

My Doctor told me not to use it because it can cause dehydration - the only thing I'm allowed to use is stool softeners. I had issues with it pre-pregnancy and found dulcolax worksdecently well.

But my doc said to take alot of fiber as well.

when i get liek that i start putting benefiber(off brand works the same) in my morning drink, and before non i have went poop. start with small amounts and work up if needed.
