Maybe to you but by definition they would be a liar. Just because you "forgot" that doesnt make what you said true. By definition a lie is a inaccurate or false statement. A lie is not always told on purpose. Someone with alzheimer can say its 1938 because they "think" it isbut that doesnt make what they said true. Its inaccurate and therefore a lie. A compulsive liar may very well believe the lies they tell but that doesnt change the fact that they are lies.

So what if I say "I do not believe you?" How would you prove to me that your story is the truth? Do you have reciepts, dates, witnesses?? It's your word against the world...I do not believe your word.....so to me it is not the truth........Prove me otherwise and I will rethink my beliefs.......It's just like with religion, just b/c it's states in the bible that a man named Jesus existed does not mean he actually did......Someone claimed him to be the almighty but I still have yet to see why he is this almighty person......I just don't take ones word..If that's the way you live your life, sweet, more power to you...but I don't and there is no way in hell you will be able to convince me otherwise unless you have proof.........(not your word).....

Applaud you for using the dictionary.......I still do not believe the truth is based on experiences...If you have proof (i.e.video, photos, witnesses) that is a whole other story but if it is just your word..sorry, I will not believe you......

I think that all states should test the mother's at the begining of pregnancyand the babies after birth, in California where my sister lives they test all babies born , I live in Washington and they don't test the babies and the sad thing is there is so many babies out there that are not given a fair chance because their mother's are to selfish to stop using whatever drug they are on... I personally know ofmany girls that have used anything from marijuana to oxycottin and it kills me to see that the state does not take any action, I mean these poor babies are having to go through withdrawl after they are born, which in some cases I sure could about kill them because of the pain the endure will having to come off of the drugs, I wish that there was more I could do to get the states to take more action... what people don't ever realize is that this is our next generation and if the babies are coming so dang messed up how are they going to be when they start school and have to take care of themselves?? anyhow I think they should test all babies regardless of the whom the parent is.

I live in Nebraska and I agree with the Nancy Grace show that it is disgraceful that we do not prosecute the mothers of babies born addicted to meth. I am the foster mother to my great nephew who is now almost 20 months old and he was born with meth in his system. He was also born one month prematurely because my niece's boyfriend, the baby's father, beat her so severely she went into labor early. One of the only reasons they tested the baby wasbecause it was obviuos my niece was high on drugs at the time.
If no one had tested him he would have gone home with her to a home where she would have contiunued to do drugs and live with a man who sold drugs and physically abused her. Luckily for him hehas lived in my home since he was 6 weeks old and hasknown only love and concern for him first. He has some developmental and sleep issues that we deal with lovingly. We now have his 6 month oldbaby brother becausemy niece did go into re-hab, after being ordered to by a judge, but hten relapsed when the baby was 3 months old.The 2nd child was also tested but since hiw mother only did drugs the 1st 3 months of her preganancy he didn't test positive atbirth. He now has to wear a hearing aid because it is almost deaf in both ears.

So please don't think it is an invasion of anyones's privacy to have your children tested, itis for the sake of the child. If we hadn't know about the drug use we would not now be able to get the services that both boys need to have the best chance at a good life.

I think that every child and mother should be tested after the birth of the baby with out consent.
I think that they should test the mother through out the pregnancy.
My cousin would have been toast
