Forgetting does make it a lie. It may not have been a lie on purpose but it was still a lie.

Definition of a lie: inaccurate or false statement.

Facts are proven with personal experiences. Its not a "assumption" when you tried to use a link to "prove" you point. Going by what you are saying nothing is "fact".

Anything and everything is someones "word". Yes people can and do type, print, and post many things that are not true. Www.snopes.com for instance. How would "I" know it was true? Should I trust your word or theirs? Its still someones "word" on what is true. Facts are ONLY "proven" through personal experiences therefore personal experiences ARE facts.

A lie is not "always" told on purpose. Yes, it would make you a liar although that would not be your fault. You would might "think" it to be true and later find out it was a inaccurate therefore your previous statement would be a "lie".

This is a hosptal we are talking about...I highly doubt they are allowed to print false advertising! So yes it is a fact that they are one of the best hospitals in the nation.......
