Im sorry but theres nothing you can really do shell come when shes ready!! But some women spend 20-30 minutes pushing. You can reduce that time by a water birth and it very benificial to you and the baby it prevents tearing makes it come out MUCH faster and it sooths the baby it will no kill your baby the baby can stay under water up to 30 minutes!!! Because it still attached to the umbilical cord. It also helps with the pain of contractions and sooths your muscules!! Some hospitals provide waterr birth but during labor you can ask do they have a tub for you to lie down in while the labor remains they will take you out if you have a bloody show that means the baby is coming in a matter of minutes!

I spent 2 hours pushing & they had to assist with suction after the first hour~ if only I wouldv'e realized that was a sign how stubborn she was going to grow up to be  

I completely understand I want t have my baby now! She just won't come out!!!!
