is it almost the end

So after reading so many posts that talk about a child being killed I have to wonder. Is the end of the world almost near? I am a Christian and I do believe in the second coming, so I don't fear it. I just don't see how so much evil can all around us all the time. Everyday on the news you hear about someone being killed, raped, beaten brutally, I mean it's always something. So is this a sign of the end of times or just an end to morality in some human beings?

being a christian myself...all I know about the end is nothing. Every generation has had the signs of the end of the world and every generation thinks the end is coming....that way its a "suprise" .... God said nobody would know when He is coming back....

I really just think its the end of morality.

No, I don't think we're in the "end times." I think morality is hitting an all-time low, but there is a lot more that needs to happen before I'll believe we're in the "end times." I think the end may be near, but by near, I mean within the next few generations. Then again, I'm sure people have been thinking that for centuries now.

No one knows the time of the end except God. Of course if you talk to my DH, he thinks its gonna be 2012! LOL

And Sylvia Brown thinks its gonna be aprox 45 yrs from now....it was 50 five yrs ago...or something like that...I don't believe her..she is a joke...We watched this eps of Montel Williams where she claimed to talk to a womans dead husband, and that he drowned...when in fact he died in 9/11 when the buildings fell...and there were other cases where she was wrong....

Evil has been around FOREVER...It's just not in our faces everyday...You needthe bad to balance out the good, vis versa...It's kinda like ying/yang....Evilness will never go away but as long as people still have faith, it will balance it's self out....
It's a sad world out there and most of us only know the half of what is really going on....We have it good, too good......

Part of me thinks it is but I dont know like everyone else says no one knows except God and no man can predict when hes coming back. I do think times have been worse but there is so much evil in the world today its scary. Im a Christian but sometimes its hard to see the signs, the bible tells us the warning signs they just have to be interpreted. Like all the wars going on in the middle east, peace treatys with Isreal its all in the revelation to warn us that the time is near. I dont know ever since Ive been pregnant I just worry so much and things that I shouldnt even be worrying about am I the only one.?
