re: Private posts

I've been on boards that you have to be a member to post, and boards where you have to be a member to view certain sub-forums...

this might not be that type of board. it is worth a shot though.

I was thinking the same thing but I was wondering if we could have a private thread. I know you can pm one member at a time or message your entire parentank but I thought it would be nice a couple times to have a private conversation with a small group of members that I have a good relationship with. No one could see unless they were invited.

This is actually on my to-do list, and makes a lot of sense for initiating private group chats. I'm negotiating with mara on when the best time to implement this would be, it's pretty high on the priority list.

I definatley think its a great idea too and glad to see that something like this will be done soon. I agree with the one that said it would be nice to have topics that can be posted for only your PT to see and then others that only BG members can see. If you go to google and type in a part of your conversation/topic and I mean sometimes only a word on what you posted on this site, google will bring it up and anyone can see it. Try it out. Or all you have to do it type in your screen name and everything you ever posted with that screen name on any forums or anything will pop up, pretty freaky.
