Bath Time Question!!

Hey All!! SOOO my son is now 2 months old, and he absolutley HATES baths!!! We make the bath so fast because hes screaming and crying bloody murder, like someone is trying to murder him....i thought they were supposed to like baths?? Apparentley not....but, what am i supposed to do to get him to like it more?? I want him to enjoy it, its supposed to be fun and a relaxing time u know?? but he wants nothing to do with the water or anything....i dont know what to do!! someone with ANY advice please let me know!!! My daughter didn't start liking her bath until she was about 4 months old.

we try toys but he doesnt stop crying or even calm down enough to looka t them, we try showing them to him and playing with him with them but he screams even more....when hes getting abath he doesnt want anythign to do with anyone or anything he just wants out and he screams and cries until someone takes him out...its crazy

what do you give him a bath in?

Your not alone. Emily is 3 months and still hates them. She does the same as yours.

Maybe try bathing with him. My son didn't like the bath at first either...We spent about his first 8 or 9 baths together and now at almost 4 months he LOVES the water so much he screams when we have to take him out.

h emay not like to sit in the water have you tried sponge baths?

does your bath have a sling that goes above the tub, because i have the fisher price tub n it has a sling n he hated it. i sit him up like a big boy in it n now he loves it!
