can you tell a pp difference yet?

I'm tryng mot to care about the weight, i just want to look and mostly FEEL good again. ive been working out, i didnt know how much my muscles have streched out having a baby! crunches are HARD! lol can ya tell a difference yet? i dont think there is much change..

i think my stomach still looks like a butt   & i need help w/ love handles, any advice?

I don't see a butt and I think your one of the lucky ones honestly just be greatful lol.

lol k. i try to be greatful, but ive always been really hard on myself. i want really badly to be able to wear a two piece again, im over the fact about the strech marks, i cant get rid of those, but thats why i am not watching my weight, i just want to feel good about myself again.

The stretchies will fade with time. I remember when I was very skinny coming out of highschool I got stretchies on my thighs and butt but they faded with time and "dissapeared". I have some on my tummy now and they got worse when I develped PUPPPS just recently   so much for that "disappearing fantasy" I'd take your b ody trust me. Just tone thats all you need you don't even need to diet. I however am 26 and need to be back on a diet ones the kiddo comes.

what is pupps? ive never heard of that

Its an atrocious rash that starts usually on the stomach and spreads to the thighs, legs, arms, etc. and they are little bumps that make you claw your skin off practically. About 1 in 200 some women get it and it is said that your basically allergic to your own baby. Its common with females carrying boys, twins, or heavy babies although mine isn't really that big supposively. It does not let me sleep at night. They are talking about maybe inducing me since its so bad and I had to get a prescription for some pill to let me sleep and not scratch myself to death and some cortizone cream.

wow, that stinks! ive never heardof that. its wierd how your body can be allegic to something it produced itself!

Honestly I can see a difference, just stay motivated and work hard at it! Stick with veggies, fruits, white meat protein like fish and chicken, even lean cuts of pork, low calorie snacks and avoid white foods like white rice,white bread potatoes etc... Good luck hun! you can do anything you put ur mind to 

PUPPS is the pits! Studies say only during pregnancy you get it and it will clear up after giving birth.. Not in my case! I go it after giving birth and had it for 3 months and nothing cured it! It had to run its course... Its the pits! I pray Ill never have to experience it again!!

Omg after giving birth that sucks I'm sorry to hear that! I can never sleep through the night becasue of this and I bleed on my clothes from scratching to hard  . It sucks so bad. I think I maybe average about 4 hrs a night of sleep.

bless your heart! I couldnt imagine being pregnant and having PUPPS! They say it will clear up 2 weeks after giving birth! Hopefully yours will clear up soon after..Do you know if having PUPPS once willyou get again ?
