Contractions ... or not?

I was just wondering what does real cpntractions feel like?
I have been having a cramping feeling like when your on your monthly visitor, since thismorning, nothing too bad, but just wondering what everyones feel like.
Im not due til July 14th and Im wondering if it could be BH.
The reason I didnt think so is cause my doctor had to tell me a couple of weeks ago I was having BH but I wasnt feeling them. They actually picked them up on the monitor.

From wha t I ahve read real contractions usually start from your back and work their way forward but if your not 37 weeks anytime you have cramping or pain you should call your doctor

Well my doctors appointment is today I am gonna ask her. I just wanna know is it something I should worry about or .. idk, lol first time mommy never really experienced these things lol
