I had on and off spotting until I was about 8 or 9 weeks - I now have a wonderful 8 week old baby girl!

There isn't anything you can really do to stop it from coming, but you can help prevent it by doing what your doctor said: relax and probably don't have sex. Just stay healthy for your baby and what's meant to be will happen. Good luck, and I hope for the best for you. I know how hard a miscarriage is.

The only advice I can give is what the docs told my sister.... Lay down and elevate your feet as much as possible. Good luck.

I had to have an ultrasound at 6 weeks 5 days because i looked like I was having my period, butwas darker in color. They told me to take it easyso I took a couple days off work, and really prayed a lot. My friend just had her first in Feb and bleed until 5 months. Sometimes worrying does more harm than good. Relax. I hope all goes well

Not to scare you hun, but brown spotting was how I started all my miscarriages as well.
Please get to your doctor asap!

Remember that for some women it's completely normal to spot their entire first trimester!! Usually from where the baby is implanted into the uterus. You might just be one of those lucky women!! Of course, I understand that it's nervewrecking since you've already lost one but keep your head high!! What's meant to be will be, after all.
Just listen to your doctor and KEEP RELAXING!! All this worrying won't help at all, lol. So just believe everything is alright and it will be.

If you think it's getting worse, call your doctor and ask to be seen just to calm your nerves! And I hope everything continues to be alright!

first off call your doctor and let them know.. that will probably take care of a lot of your worries.. but i spotted at the beginning of my pregnancy so it could be just fine.

i had a miscarrie with my first to and now i'm 3 months with my second. i was very scared with every cramp so i made my doctor give me a sonogram to see if it was growing. it won't be big but they can see how far along you really are and if everything is ok. i was very happy to have one and thanked my doctor.

Dont worrie unless the doctor says thier is somthing to worrie about. I am 34 weeks and bled REALLY heavy for a full 24 hours 3 different times, one being last week. Good luck and I hope all works out for you! * remeber too much stress isnt good either, so try to relax!
