Hmm...Baby?

Got woke up by little contractions at eight thirty this morning and they've been going on all day. Been averaging four to five an hour but no pattern and some hurt, some are just uncomfortable tightening...and back twinges too. Ouch.
Unfortunately I just moved 50 miles or so from the hospital I'd been seen at for my son and for the one time I already had to go in about three weeks ago and they said I was three cm....Just wondering if I should find the number of a nearby L&D ward and call or just wait it out and see if it continues.
