Normal?

So on and off all day I have been getting stomach and back pains and I will start to feel sick to my stomach like I need to throw up. It will last for a few minutes then the feeling goes away. I have also had an increase in my BM's today. Is this normal to be feeling it has me a little worried? I haven't eaten anything different today or yesterday that I can think of that would be making me sick either so was just wanting some advice to what you think it might be.

Just your body getting ready for baby 
I had a gnarly increase of BM a week or so before I had her..
So it's just your body cleansing itself before the big day.

Thanks its always good to hear it's ok then just going crazy in my mind wondering if i'm supposed to be feeling like this. I know that everyone is different though with their pregnancies.

Your just getting ready for the baby. it could be BHC which can last up to a few months before the baby comes . and as far as the BM's are concerned your bodys just flushing everything out so your labor isnt hindered by anything. dont worry its all normal.
