What kind of idiot drives with their kid w/out a car seat?

Just today I was driving, and pulled up next to some idiot who was driving with a small child(couldn't have been more than two) in the back seat without a car seat...and to top it off the bitch was smoking a cigarette...some people make me sick!

Did you call the cops? I would have! Well, I have. 

I see it everyday here & it pisses me off so much!

Yea, I've seen that a few times. The parent just really doesn't care. It seems they would rather spend their money own their bad habits than taking care of their children.

I hate people like that. Where I work, I feel horrible when I have to bring high chairs into the bar. And sadly it happens all the time. People really bug me with that.

I see that a lot. Actually just this morning I saw a lady with her daughter who couldn't have been more than 2 in the front seat with her, she didn't even have a seat belt on.

I see that hear everyday. People are so dumb. My own ex step mother never made my little sisters sit in carseats or even seatbelts.(They are 7 &8 now)They got in a wreck in a SUV on Christmas day and are lucky to be alive. The SUV rolled and they onlly had scrapes and bruises.

Thank god my dad now has custody of them.

Idiots. I would have door dinged her.. My maternal instincts are going nuts right now though. Yesterday, I was at the lake and these idiots had their 1 and a half to 2 year old on a jetski with them, hauling ass around, doing circles and figure 8's without a lifejacket. My sister had to hold me back from going apeshit. GRR. Why are people so stupid?!

Actually it is against the law here to smoke with your child in the car.

I could care less if she is a smoker, that is her choice, but smoking with a kid in the car is disgusting and unhealthy for the child. Haven't you ever heard of secondhand smoke you ignorant bitch?

isn't it illegal effective this month? no smoking/using your cellphone while driving? my friend from esco got a $40 citation for using her cellphone without an earphone..

That's great they have that now. It's for the children's health, not to control someone's habits.

It isn't illegal to smoke in the car and the windows can be rolled down.

The carseat shit on the other hand IS illegal and potentially fatal NOW...not in 20 years.
