What you seem to be forgetting is that all of these issues where voted on b4 they past. Meaning the majority of people wanted it that way. Yes it may inconvenience a few people not to beable to smoke in their home based business but is it realy that hard to step outside? and yes i know that in ohio it gets freezing but you can always use your garage if you want. The laws past for a reason, 2nd hand smoke does harm people. Maybe not all but alot and personaly I wont take that risk with my child life. You may be one of the lucky ones that doesnt die or become horribly sick from it, but can you imagine how upset you would be if you go to the doctor to find out your child has a horrible disease bc you smoked in the car?

For one, I dont smoke around my kids. No smoking is allowed in my car even when they are NOT in it. Same goes with my home and when I smoke I wash all my clothes as soon as I get home a shower and brush my teeth. Two, isthat it should be my "choice" because it is "my" property and smoking is in fact legal. So unlessit impares my driving then it should bemy choicebecause it is the same as my home.The Majority of people who smoke and are around secondhand smoke do not have smoke related health problems. Yeah a lot do but thats still not the majority. I do not have to take my child aroudn someone who is smoking and neither does anyone else. Still its their choice.

I never said that you yourself smoked. It is legal to smoke, but not in restaurants and in your car with your child in it. Thats what this whole thing started over. Yes it is their choice as to how they want to deal with smoking around their kids except for when it comes to smoking in a car with them bc that is illegal. Its no longer their choice to smoke with their kids in the car, if they do it they are breaking the law, its that simple.

Its a stupid law. Thats what I was saying. It doesnt impare driving and its not worse then smoking at home. I said it SHOULD be their choice.
