I'm really nervous about having an episiotomy. How has the healing process been for you after yours? Regardless, I enjoyed reading your birth story, I can't wait to type my own (I get induced Thursday). I hope your week has been great. He is absolutely beautiful and I love the pictures of the little guy!

i was really, really sore. i still am now but really its because of the hemorroids now. they did give me scripts for pain killers but its narcotics so it makes me sleepy and i didn't fill it. i just take tylenol. they give u this thing called a "peri bottle" at my hospital that u fill with water and squirt down there whenever u use the bathroom. it helps a lot.

thanks! and you'll get to see urs soon too   i thought my day would never come and now he's here and im still in awe that this itty bitty person was in my belly less than 2 weeks ago!

I agree that the peri bottle helped a lot with the healing episiotomy! =)
