pregnant mamas taking insulin..

How much insulin do you take a day and how much.
I just had my insulin dose uped. I am taking 16units of reg and 10 units of NOG before breafast and 10 units of reg and 28 units of NPH before dinner...Just wondering if these are normal dosages of insulin or am I taking a lot more than norm.
