Mr. Nolan Kent has arrived

well I was suppose to go in on Friday morning to be induced but Thursday night at 11:00 I started having extremely strong contractions every 4 minutes but i stuck it out at home and went in at my scheduled induction time. I got up to L&D around 6:00 a.m. and at 6:31 the nurse came in to check me and start my IV I was a 4 so she started my IV and gave a shot of pain medicine to try to sleep for a little bit I slept till around 8:00 and she came in to check me again and i was a 6. She asked me if i wanted my epidural or not and i said yes at first but she looked at me and said hunny you've gotten so far w/o it and it may slow things down for you now so i told her i'd wait for a little bit she came back in at 9:00 and i told her i wanted the epidural now and so she checked me and suprise suprise I was a stretchy 8 so she said well to late we're bout to start pushing.At 9:40 I started pushing and he was born at 10:08 a.m.
He weighed 6 pounds 9 ounces and was 20 inches long.

Thanks everyone!! And no having him w/o an epidural wasn't bad at all I'm soo glad I did it w/o it.
