What to do? Trust has gone - update..

Okay the thing is, last year i caught my 12 yr old daughter texting boys on her phone, well not boys but men, her phone has the internet set up, so was texting and getting rude pictues from them, so we had a hugh fight about it, the police were called etc..to get to the bottom of it, my ex hubby was called and he had harsh words with her, and we thought we had nipped it in the bud, she was not allowed a phone, or use the pc for over a year, its been lifted now,
We share PCs, and i thought that i could trust her again by using the pc, she got a phone for her 13th bday, (2 june this yr)
Well. yesterday she was having a few words on Bebo with some girls from school, and was getting quite upset about it, So me being a nosey mum, i go on to the site this morning to have a look at whats been said between these girls and her, but only to find in her email box..that she has been Tagged by a boy of 17 yrs old sending her rude pictures of himself, (his dick out and playing with himself), so not happy at the moment, so i go into the site of Tagged, and OMG, i see emails sent back and fourth between them both, quite rude ones,
What the heck, i thought we had this all sorted and with the warning she got from the police, her dad, step-dad and the rest of the family, of how dangerous it is on sending pics, esp at her age,
So what do i do now..Well her phone is going to be taken of her again,and pc is not allowend, but what else can i do..
I am at my witsends with this child, she is the one that causing more problems then any of my other children..

Had a long talk to her after school, ive banned her from the PC until further noitce the same with her phone, she is grounded as well until further noitce.
did she take on board about what she did wrong ( to be honset i dont think so ) she said she thought it would be fun, Ive even spoken to the boy in question and he said he was sorry, he was not thinking (he is 17yrs old) about sending a rude picture of himself to a 13yr old girl,and asked me not to get the police involved, as she was to blame as well, got her account delete and contacted the Site Tagged, and told them that it was wrong for them toallow young children to send pictures of that nature..so i am hoping once she has spoken to her dad, she may take on board on her action...time will tell..

you should contact the site cos you are cant do rude pics and stuff, i think what your doing is right but if she is gonna do it she will!

We had this problem with my little sister. She's grounded from EVERYTHING until further notice. My mom also thought it would be fun to let a police officer come "arrest" her and let her sit in a jail cell for a few hours. Scared the pure piss out of her when she met REAL criminals etc. Maybe she just needs a good scaring as well as punishment?

This might sound mean but i would take her tv, stereo, anything she cant live without etc. You might want to see if the police can do anything about it. Not let her hang out with her friends etc. My dad used to do that to me when i was around your daughters age and i straightened up really fast. Maybe try sitting her down and talking to her about what can happen if she keeps this up. Good luck

yes and they should close his down! if he is 17 hes a fucking perv they will ban him

take her down to the ER and have an ER nurse show her what a rape victim looks like and has to go through, or to the cop station and have a detective show her what these pervs are REALLY like , or better yet the morgue ( i know its harsh but truth often is and if she can't see why it is so dangerous after that then i have no idea what else you can do )

You should have parental control on your computer/ internet so that you can say which sites she can and can't go to. And i think they've even upgraded it so you can see what she does.

We had the police out last year to talk to her about how dangerous it can be, and she ended up crying in front of them, even her sister gave her a scare on what could happen etc...not sure if the police over here would take her to jail for that though...but yer your right its what she needs though just to give her a good kick in the ass..

I do have parental control, where they are only allowed an hr on the pc, but i thought with Tagged and Bebo the girls would be fine, as all there friends are on it..I guess not...

Thats a thought, worth a call to see if i am allowed to do that, god anything that would help just to for her to get the point across to her,thank you

If you explain the situation to them they might arrange a fake "arrest" for you like they did for my mom. I realize things are different over there but I'm sure if yuo explained everything to them they would be more than willing. And I'd confront her about it, make her give me her passwords to everything etc, and delete all her accounts myself.

Every thing is worse than it used to be back 5 years ago(you probably already know that but). I hope you get something figured out on what to do so you can get your point across to her so that she can straighten out, good luck.

Well she wont be allowed on the pc as from today when she gets back from shcool, and her phone, not even had it for a month yet, will be gone,
