If your hair is damaged to that extreme, you need to leave it alone and cut it at intervals as your hair grows to certain points. That's what I had to do before I started dying my again. It took about two years for me to get to a comfortable spot to start again, but I finally just dyed my hair again this week.

However, if you're that intent, at least get it professionally done. Stop doing it yourself.

I'm going to try this one more time, and yeah i know its crazy! but I need a new look and i dont have money to spend at the beauty shop now. and no time to wait. I promise if it dont work this time i'm finish. I am going to try the front parts. If i can get it to work that way that will be great! if not, to the beauty shop i go. which will probably be around 55 dollars if not more after they get finish correcting the damage..

And, trust me, I know your NEED to have a new look. I go through the same phase all of the damn time. I get bored with my hair.

But sometimes you HAVE to let it heal.

Just curious what exactly you're using on your hair right now??? BTW it will be far more than $55. The salon I used to work at charges $75 an hour for color correction, and the process could easily take a few hours, depending on the length of your hair.

If you want a new look why don't you try cutting it insteadof dying it? I just ended up cutting off all of the colored part of my hair bc of how badly it was damaged. [my hair was almost to my butt & now it's right above my shoulders]

After you're done with this you should get a moisturizer in there asap & not just a leave in but like hot oil treatment,

I tried cutting it! but i got sit of that. because it was not easy to manage. I just hope this color turns out somewhat nice. PLEASE EVERYONE CROSS THEIR FINGERS!!!
