Rash liver enzymes dehydration white cell count(long)

My one year old daughter has a rash all over her body that kinda looks like chicken pox I took her to the emergecy room today because it got really bad and they ran a flur/rsv test it came back negative so they took blood and it came back that her white cell counts were high as well as her liver enzymes and that she was dehydrated which I have no clue how she was dehydrated because she has been eating and drink fine has anyone else gone through this or could possibly tell me what all this means she has an appointment in the morning with her regular doctor but everyone that I talk to tells me she should have been admitted even the emergency room doctor wanted to admit her but my daughters regular doctor didn't want to
