anyone from??

So we have decided to move to Florida and we was thinking Palm coast...We have friends that live there so we really dont want advice from tehm they will tell us w/e they want to get us there.Does anyone know anything about it?!!And anyother part of Florida that would be a good starting point?W tried Daytona for 6 months and came back to Mass cuz it was like no work there.Please any info would be great!!!

there isnt much work where i live in fl either... i dont think there is much work anywhere

don't know about FL. But Houston,TX was just named the best place to live and work. Good jobs and reasonable housing. Just and FYI

The Floridian economy is shit right now. Unless you or your SO are in a profession, I honestly wouldn't reccommend moving here. My father is a real estate agent and he can't move shit in Florida right now, however my boyfriend is a lawyer and we're doing pretty well at the moment (it's very up and down though, it all depends on the clients.) More and more people are losing jobs left and right here though, but from what I understand, doctors, construction, lawyers, some real estate agents and chefs are doing decently. If you work in the Medical profession, you shouldn't have too much trouble getting a job here. I know here in Naples, there are ads for this and that at the hospitals every day.

ya he is a subcontractor in the construction field.and i can transfer my job.i am out of work right now i took a year off after my daughter was born but i can back to being a manager.

there isnt much construction goin on in fl as far as i know
