My Turdler

posted 15th Jun
This is what my turdler did today...

She wanted her toes painted... so she picked out a color. The phone rang. I made the mistake of answering it. I looked over 3 seconds later and she was painting her own toes. I did not get a picture of the floor, but think a monochromatic Jackson Pollock on off-white carpet.

We feel lucky that it came out with 3 different products and a lot of scrubbing.

That's too funny!! I just spilled a whole bottle of polish today on the kitchen floor, it shattered everywhere. Your little turdler has me beat though!!

She is a little artsy-fartsy kid... I started painting with her when she 13 months. She loves it. However, I did not think she could get the lid off of the polish. I was wrong... And I am certain that this is payback for the time I got oil paint all over me when I was a kid... or the time when I drew with permanent markers all over the wall, etc.... It's funny how things come full circle... lol... This is her after I cleaned her up...

My daughter got red fingernail polish. Painted her fingers and the little kiddie card table my mom got for them. It is still there. I cannot get it off.

I was not pleased, but understand that this is the cosmic way of showing me what my mother had to go through....

I immediately put nail polish remover on it. That only smeared it, but I didn't want it to dry. My dh had some orange oil solvent and we used Spot Shot with an electric scrubber...

I was a wall-painting, body smearing, creative kid. My dh was a climbin', take everything apart kid. We know we are in for it. So, we intend to commemorate each event as they occur.

oh, yeah. My husband took a toaster and several electronic toys apart. Between his tech curiosity and my artsy fartsyness our house is going to have colored on walls and all the appliances are going to be taken apart. LOL We better invest in some really good home owners insurance
