in all fairness, people who are not currently online do not see the posts on the right side, they go searching through posts in their certain forums they hang out in. some people only check one or 2 different forums. is it really that big of a fucking deal if she posted it to get the word out? i really don't see how it's going to harm anyone. seriously...

amen. i started selling Avon a couple weeks ago and people were really mean to me when i posted it in i think three different forums. i don't see how it harmed anyone of them.

Ok, I'm only going to say this, then I'm out.
If you had taken the time to read a couple of the "not-so-rude" posts, you would have learned WHY we get irritated when you post multiple times at once. It slows the site down, and can even cause it to crash. This sit is run from a main computer, which processes all of the info that's entered into it. It can only "handle" so much at once. When you post four or five topics, that close together, you are messing with the main computer's capabilities. Therefore, you slow the site down. When you posted all of those topics within about two minutes, several of us lost Gaga, were cut off the Internet, or just couldn't navigate the site. If you want to post it several times, go for it. But don't do it all at once like that. Another thing that can help you get your word out, is to post it at different times of the day. Say, once in the morning and once at night. People were saying this, for the most part, nicely but you just kept posting and ignoring what we were telling you. That's when we began to get irritated.

I wasn't ignoring. There were SO many replies all at once, and the most of the replies were rude and I couldn't keep up with them. I even have a fast internet connection. Because of the many replies in literally mere mintues, I'm sure it didn't hurt anyone.

If you had quit posting the threads that we were asking you not to post, you would have been able to read them. My point, this is not a place for you to make money. I'm sorry you're going through a hard time, and we have a wonderful S&C section just for people who want to make a few bucks. Flooding the forums with spam isn't going to get you any business, it's just going to piss people off. You may not have "hurt" anyone, but you made my internet cut off, and I didn't appreciate it. Now, how about instead of making excuses, you say oops, sorry, didn't know. And move on.

You're not listening to what I'm saying obviously. I'm trying to tell you in a nice way, what you were doing wrong. And yes, you were doing something wrong. You've got almost 800 posts, so don't play dumb with me. You know how the site works, and you know what's ok and what's not ok.
