BH at 14 weeks?????

I have started feeling what I am pretty sure are braxton hicks already. they aren't painful, just a tightening. But I think it is too soon to feel them. Please correct me if I am wrong. With my oldest I didn't start noticing them til about 35 weeks and with my second at around 28 weeks.... so I am just thinking that it is too early to be feeling them, and I was wondering if I should be worrying. I will call my doc in the morning, but I don't know if this warrants a trip to L&D tonight... or if I am just being paranoid or what.

im not sure ive never heard of that before.. could just be muscle tightening and uterine stretching!!   hope things go well.

yep I started feeling them about that time with this one which is my 3rd as well!

It could just be round ligament pains.

I wouldn't worry unless they are painful or bleeding....you know the drill

BH stands for Braxton Hicks... or false contractions. Basically your body practicing for the real thing. they are usually not painful, just an (uncomfortable) tightening of the uterus.

And how tired are you, cause holy cow I am soooo exhausted all the time-maybe its my age but I don`t feel or act 33.

I had BH at about 16 weeks and they lasted about 4 weeks
then I got nothing, not even to the last part of my pregnancy
so yeah they could be BH
