well i started 2 days ago and havnt changed the way i eat or nothing.. only excersize i do is cleanin the house and ive lost 2 pounds! GOOD LUCK!!i hope i lose way more!

Hmm, Sounds pretty promising... I live in alaska so its hard going out in the cold with baby... But maybe tomorrow I will try and take a walk.. walking is the best way to lose weight.. im think i will try the green tea thing... but i heard you cant have certian tea when you are breast feeding??
