Help clogged milk duct???

ok so i'm 3 weeks pp monday .. and my problem is in my left breast it feels like I'm engorging again but only in the top half of my breast. when JJ nurses he don't seem to get much out and gets mad and fussy ... and on the tip on my nipple theres a white spot like were a hole should be.. is this a clogged milk duct and if so what can i do to get it unclogged.. does it take a while for it to unclog?

hot shower or a warm compress....and massege the area around the nipple.

take a warm shower andmassage your breast... and keep feeding on it... if you notice flu like symptoms and/or a fever, call your ob right away

You can also try pumping while massaging the clogged duct. That worked for me. Hope it gets better...those are no fun   Be sure to call your doc if it doesn't get better!

As painful as it may be, it's important, like boobs up there said, to keep trying to nurse or at least express some. Not doing it will only make it worse!

so then you think it is a clogged milk duct?... I really didn't want to use a breast pump .. but i'm going back to school and needed to leave something just in case.. i don't like using it.. but i think it's what has given it to me.. i'm gonna go back to hand expressing .. it seems to work better for me then the pump.. now i wish i would have never used it..
