Medi-cal question!

I will be going on Medical for the first time ever at the end of this month. Can anyone here that has it tell me what to expect if anything? I have heard horror stories and am so not looking forward to it.

Um, horror stories?? Not sure what those could be, but Medicaid (other than being a pain paperwork iwse is actually fairly decent all things considered. Could you be more specific??

I have lost my job and I just found out my ob/gyn doesn't take it so I will have to find another doctor. I was just curious.

We have Medicaid as secondary (which is saving us a fortune right now), but have also had as my primary insurance. Granted I live in a small community, but I have always recieved the same respect and care no matter which insurance I have had.
