colon cleanse

so im thinking about doing a colon cleanse and wanted to see if anyone has done it before and if it worked for them and which brand they used?

I haven't done it, but know several people that have done the colonix cleanse. They were surprised at all the "shit" that came out of them..lol..
I think you order it online.

Are you talking about a colonic, or a colon cleansing program? I've done both...the program I use is Dr. Natura Colonix program. You'd be amazed at what comes out of you...so nasty to think what can be built up in there! My husband did it with me the last time, and he passed some of the "things" you see in the pic gallery. I did too. (Don't go if you've got a weak stomach)

A little, but nothing that will stay off if you continue to eat processed foods that aren't organic. (not saying you do)

wow that is crazy i would so freak out if i had that come out of me but i def want to try it once i get the money that stuff is expensive. do they sell this kinda of stuff in the stores?? like walmart or something? also did you loose weight why you tried the colon cleansing program?

I'm not sure if they sell it in stores...maybe try eBay? Not sure if they have it at Wal-Mart...we just got one a couple months ago and I haven't been but a few times. I did lose weight while on it, I was also eating healthy and exercising. You can have up to 25lbs of waste built up in your colon!!
