It's our job to worry ...Right?

so we had an ultra sound done on wed. and went today for the fallow up on that. Both kidneys are on the right side. they are not fused together like they had though before he was born.. the right kidney is working well and is placed were it should be... but what should be the left isn't doing as well as we would hope.. the kidney isn't as close to the right one as they thought it was.. it's working and is normal in size.. the worry is the tube to the bladder is dilated.. in experience this causes repetitive bladder infections.. so Dr. Brooks put him on antibiotics till we see the urologist. this is just to prevent an infection of his bladder and spread to his kidney. She mentioned surgery. not to say he's getting it as of yet.. but well see what comes of his appointment with the kidney Dr. .. wish us luck .. thanks for reading
