Sippy Cup oh how i hate you

ok so maybe I have the worst luck ever,maybe the Sippy cups really do hate me.However all of thoes maybes are still leaving me with leaking sippys i have tried Nuby, Gerber (work until your lil love bug bangs the sippy so hard the valvue falls out),take and toss, straw sippys. All and all they leak at some point usually i love them the first day then the second day when my table is covered in milk bacuse i turned around for two seconds i hate them!Any tips reall good ones anything?. At this point i dont care how much they cost as long as they dont leak.(A drop or two ok i expect that but a puddle is what im talking about)

the playtex ones with the valve work pretty well. The valve in those particular ones stay in place as long as you make sure it's pushed in all the way. My daughter will only use the nubby ones with the straw and they do leak a little.

The only ones I've found that haven't leaked on me yet...(unless shaken very hard upside down...a few drops) are the playtex ones w/ the handles on the sides. My son has been using them for his milk since he was 6 months old. He's now 19 months and we still use the same ones for his milk at bedtime. We use the other larger ones during the day but they all leak on me at some point.

i know you say that you've tried Gerber, but I've used the gerber spill proof cups and I have never had a problem with them before, so not sure if you have tried these ones ........edit * The sip and smile/not the spill proof

I have the Playtex Vent Aire bottlesand they leak after a while and the valves need to be replaced. It is really not fun at night

These have leaked for me too... I'm beginning to think it's impossible to find the "perfect" sippy cup.

The first link are the ones that I have for Brody. Those are the best ones I've found about not leaking.

oh how i agree! I mean im fine with a couple drops but when he has a huge puddle in a matter of mins. it drives me crazy!Oh well i guess i jsut have to kind of deal but im going to get some of the playtex to try.

at least yours was just milk!!! Lana has the gerber ones, me and Daddy were reading the newspaper she was walking around playing with toys and drinking her juice... (it was RED!!)no more explanation needed... but needless to say i have a HUGE red spot larger than a bowling ball is round on my light tan carpet!!! yeah.. gerber's the best cup i found.. just like you said until they figure out how to bang so hard the valve comes out
