posted 13th Jun
Does anyone use these sippy cups?? If you do how do you clean the stupid little valve things if you dont have a dishwasher?? Its too hard to get into the little crevaces (sp?) to clean them...

Let them soak in HOT soapy water. Then rinse off. That's what we did with my cousin's. Always worked fine with us.

Edited to say: Those little white pieces come off so we'd soak everything seperately.

Hope it works for you.

I used to work at a daycare and a lot of the kids had the cups with valves. We just ran hot water with a little bit of dishsoap through the valve and it always washed away any traces of milk or juice.

Quoting Katy Jo:“ doesnt that gray thing pull out?”

Yeah it does. OP: Just pull the valve out and either soak it in hot soapy water or just hold it under a stream of hot water and put a little soap on it to clean.

yeahi do take them apart and let them soak but sometimes my son leaves his cups in his room and i dont find them right away and they get yucky stuff stuck in there... usually i just throw them away and buy new ones... but those dr. browns things look like they would work great!!
