I'm not sure if I understand it right but I think I am. So you're 19 weeks and you felt movement before but it's been three days since you last felt anything? Drink some cold water and lay down and see if you feel anything. If you don't call your advice nurse or labor and delivery and let them know!
Edited because I said pedi lol

Some people dont even feel the baby at all until 20+ weeks so I think it will be ok.
Call your doctor anyway, but they say to drink a huge glass of OJ or Cranberry juice and lay down for a while to see if the baby gets moving.

HI, 19 weeks is considered very early to feel fetal movements. I was tiny to start with so I always feel mines early too. I would necessarily worry at this point, cause it could just be in a different postion. My dr. used to tell me to drink or eat something high in sugar and that will get the baby moving. I mean, but honestly don't worry if that still doesn't get results!!! He/she is in there relaxing.....

Thats normal, the baby could have turned inward and so while it is still kicking, you may not be able to feel it.
But do what Alye said, lay on your left side

It could be completely normal due to baby's position and the fact that he/she is still so small that not all movements are felt this early.

yes it is very common not to feel the baby not move for a coupleof days at this stage... but all the other girls are right about the OJ and stuff.... I get non stress tests to monitor the babies activity and when they do that they give me graham crackers and apple juice but that is when i am 30 weeks and on... but you are very early in your pregnacy yet.... alot of people dont feel it till 20 to 22 weeks or so.....I wouldnt worry

I too am 19 weeks pregnant and just went through the same thing. I had been feeling movement but only when I was laying on my back and put slight pressure on my stomach with my hand. Then, when I was able to lay down I was not feeling anything...and that happened for two days. Then, yesterday I freaked called the dr. and she said...the baby is moving it is just not signifigant enough for you to notice all the time. Well, that didn't provide me much comfort..so I said to myself "ok self...lay down watch a movie and try to feel for movement" I didn't care what the dr. said if I didn't feel anything I was going to the hospital. Sure enuff I felt movement..(after 2 1/2 hours of lying still). Anyhow I would call your dr. just so u feel better, and if u still don't go to L & D. I am sure everything is fine...
