getting rid of unwanted weight.

Well Ive been trying to eat healthy my prgnancy.. but, I know ill need to work out after. So how long after you had your baby did you start to work out? what was your routine? Did it work? Also If you were on a diet did it work and what was the diet? Also what are some exercises to firm the belly that you do that work.

Ihaven't had my baby yet.. but I asked my Doc this question this week.

He said that in 2 weeks I can walk and/or swim. (Swim if I deliver vaginally)

6 weeks I can resume all other activities.

yeah I was wondering how long before you could swim and things like that. I guess with a c section you would have to wait till all the stitches healed.

i had a c sec....my baby is 3 weeks now........i started swimming tuesday i think........ didnt ask the doc though....i had stiches on the inside and the glue on the outside.............. have yet to exercise or anything that im waiting for.....
