Arm Fat?

How do I go about losing arm fat?? Please help me. Im embarrassed about my arms and now that summer is basically here ,I cannot hide them by wearing long sleeves! I have 10lb wights I use (each), but I need something that will get me in a tank top quick without having to worry about my arms, Any advise?

Is it like that jiggly fat under the arm by the armpit? Because that's like almost impossible getting rid of it and most of the female population has it anyway.

when holding the wieghts have you r arms to you side with your feet shoulder length apart and hold your arms tense thry cant be loose and stretch your arms back and keep your elbow locked. do in reps of ten then sway arms back again and hold for ten secs.repeat
then you can hold just one weight with both arms with the weight over your head ( behind your head) with you arms bent holding the weight low then lift the weight over your head( straighten out you elbows) repeat like 20 times then switch bottom hand on top and top hand on bottom.( weight is vertical)
Hoped that help I didnt know how to describe it to bad I cant get a pic of it. But its definately helped my arms stay in shape before and during pregnancy.
But I do it with 5lb weights Repitition is key, I dont know if 10 lbs is too much

domt use 10 lbs unless you want football arms. I have 2lb weights that did great that.

before igot prego i was into the lifting weights thing and had really toned strong arms...i still have the strong arms, but you cant see the toned anymore...im going to work on my thighs first before i go for my arms
