need some motivation

I work in a restaurant kitchen doing all kinds of stuff. I also bus tables one day a week. My job is so exhausting and pretty awful but quitting isn't an option. I need some motivation to keep me going.  

You can do it! Work hard for the $$!!

Lol. Stick it out. The money is the motivation. Even more so since quitting isn't an option, enjoy the money. You get to help/provide for your family & hopefully treat yourself or lo(s) to fun things as a reward. :-) hope the job gets better or something better comes along.
