Clothes stamps?

Is there such thing? Luke food stamps but for clothes. There was this sign at a clothing store saying, "We gladly accept EBT."

Lol no. But if you get cash assistance its puy on your foodstamp card.

I think it may be for ppl that get cash assistance on their EBT cards?

you know like welfare, I think they don't do checks any more.

Not that I've heard of. They probably mean the cash part of an ebt card.

I didn't know anything about welfare either, except all the stereotype talk that goes around, until we were on them. My views on welfare & its recipients have done a complete 180 since then.

There are programs in some states that give you a small allotment of cash assistance for interview clothes

They have something like that here except you don't get actual cash you get clothing vouchers to use at a store strictly for the program.
