I'm only speaking from experience. My son hates every type of bottle, but loved the Dr. Brown's wide flow bottles. They were the only kind he would take! He had tried tommee tippe, breast flow, nuk, everything.

When my son was 7 months I had to go on a new medication that I could not breastfeed with. I tried the tommee tippee ones and he took right to them.

My son hated any bottle too! He finally took the tommee tippee at 7 months

We used the breast flow from the beginning and had no issues going from breast to bottle back to breast. He could transition great and never had any latching issues or anything like that after taking a bottle.

How did you convince your LO to take a bottle? neither of my kids ever accepted a bottle, even when I went back to working 10 hrs. a week when I was still ebf. While frustrating, we worked things out with night feedings, but still it would be nice to have a child who will take a bottle when I'm going to be out of the house for extended periods of time.

We were trying every day from about 4 months then started trying with me out of the house and SO feeding DS oh and it was an organic formula, really expensive I was looking for goats milk formula because apparently that's closest to bm ( he would have never taken bm out a bottle) they didn't have the goats milk in stock but had organic cows milk formula in the same brand first day trying it he loved it, drank half a bottle then eventually I could bottle feed him too.
