Adiri natural nurser bottles?

Anyone use them while breastfeeding?



I'm wanting to pump and have the option to bottle feed for several reasons (I got sick and lost my supply when my second child was 4 months old, he went straight on to formula, Wish he could have had some more breast milk. Im going to cuba when this baby is 4 months old, we want the option of an us night and have baby stay with someone else that night for a few hours.. and just so we have the option of using a bottle for whatever reason we see fit)


Anywho, What bottle do you reccomend for this? I do want to nurse 90% of the time and have the pumped milk on reserve for just in case situations.

I loved the Tommee Tippee brand at Babies R Us.

Breastflow worked best for us

HORRIBLE. I can't stress that word enough.


Don't waste your money. I bought them for my first baby, and she hated them and since you fill them from the bottom they leak like crazy.




With my second, we used Tommee Tippees. He is in daycare but is ebf, and he took well to them from the start.

I used these and loved them. They're a little funky as far as pouring the milk in (you pour in from the bottom so the lid has to be on tight), so make sure whoever is using them knows that. And you can't use them in traditional bottle warmers, which was never an issue for us, since we just use warm running water to warm the milk. But as far as feeling the most breast-like, that's what I loved.

Yep!

If you have it put together correctly, it won't leak. Just make sure the lid is on when you pour the milk in, it's really simple.

They both have great reviews.. Should I get a couple of each?

I think ore importantly than the type, is not introducing one too late. If you aren't having any issues breastfeeding, then the whole "nipple confusion" thing is largely garbage because they aren't going to choose the
Cold silicone nipple over the comfort of mommy. We started my son on one bottle of bm a day when he was 2 1/2 weeks old and he has never had a problem going back and forth.

Welcome! The only way I wouldn't is if the baby isn't nursing well.

My daughter nursed like a champ, but I was afraid she'd reject me once she had a bottle..... boy was I wrong, I waited until 6 weeks and she snubbed her nose to the bottle the lovely "breastfeeding Adiri" bottles (which do not feel natural at all anyways. And she never took a bottle. Went from boob to cup.

My first never touched a bottle, He hated them! He was a boob to cup kid too.. 17 months and he weaned himself all of a sudden.
