What would you do?

I have had the mirena for almost a year now. Well I can't find my strings. I don't have an everyday doctor and I'm not sure if its urgent care worthy or even how to go about finding a new doctor(tricare spoiled me  )

So what should I do? I've had some crazy cramping and brown discharge lately too which I haven't had ever. I haven't had a period the whole time either just my first after baby before insertion

Planned Parenthood is my go to when i dont want to deal with my crappy dr.s lol i love them... have u tested just to be sure ur not preg??
i got knocked up with mirena in, they couldn't find the strings, it was a huge pain in the ass lol

Sometimes I can't find the strings and I also sometimes have brown discharge.
I've had it for nearly 4 years. Eventually the strings come back to where I can feel them.
