I'm assuming you either found paperwork or something with her case info and county. Contact them and tip them off anonymously that she is committing fraud.

She does't want to leave this house because it's where my grandfather passed. She is very picky but I've been trying to coax her out. She knows what my mom does but looks the other way. If I can find a place similar to this one on this side of town then yes she will leave. I've been looking for the last 6 months, but I think moving is the best option.

She could, what she is doing is fraud. But the upside, is that if she does they would place him with family before foster care.

The longer it goes on the higher her chances of getting arrested will be. If she gets audited by the county on their own She will for sure go to jail and will be stuuck with a very large fine.

If she gets arrested hell go to next if kin.
