Easter...chicken?

Or maybe turkey? I don't cook or eat.pork so I need a poltry alternative to feed maybe ten or twelve people for Easter dinner. Cooking suggestions?

Turkey would prob be better since it's bigger if you're cooking for 10+ people.
Don't know if they sell it around you but goose is awesome! Seriously the best meat I've ever had.

Duck is good too but it has to be cooked right or it can be greasy.

You are so missing out!

Cornish game hens? I'm still ready to barf over turkey in March and roast chicken is something we have a couple of times a month. Cornish game hens, marinated could be a nice treat for Easter.

Most grocery stores, including Walmart have them.

Roast it in the oven lol.   If you can make a roast chicken you can cook a turkey.. they usually have temp and cooking times on the side going by weight of the turkey.
