OH lol. I usually put butter and garlic under the skin on the breasts and some poultry seasoning on top.. pretty simple. And always cook it with carrots, onions and potatoes in the roasting pot with just a bit of water so it doesn't stick. Keep it covered until the last 30 mins-1 hr depending on size so the skin can crisp up.

So good! Always turns out juicy too. I love turkey.. I'd cook it once a month if it wasn't such a big pain in the ass job
