Ok I know a few mamas are following this trial! I totally think she's full of smurf and is so going to be convicted but Martinez is starting to piss me off he's such an ass hole!

I haven't followed it completely, but I've watched the trial when I catch it. I think he has every right to be an ass. Every time he asks her something (that I've witnessed), she tries to use different wording to make it seem "better." They go round and round with him being a dick, and finally she agrees that whatever wording he is using is accurate. It's disgusting how many times she tries to lie (well white lies, or whatever, since they aren't really flat out lies). It's literally like every question. Sorry, just had to vent haha.

Lol I know but I feel like he proves his point but then continues to throw it at them like now he's on the expert witness for the 3 or 4th time and he's like yelling and whenever the guy stats to answer he's all "judge he's being unresponsive" like give him 5 seconds to start his thought I mean like guy will be mid sentence and he just cuts him off like comon!!! I am totally on there side but he's starting to aggravate me :/

Regardless of how irritating Juan Martinez is (and my Father is an attorney in the State of AZ and has worked with him before, and also finds him rather irritating), Jodi Arias is still a murderer and I think his tactics may be very effective in this case. She tries to get around his questions to avoid saying something that is contradictory the story she's now decided to go with, that he was "abusive", which is bullsmurf.

They put a picture of her wearing a shirt that said "Travis Alexander's" into evidence to show that he was controlling. For all we know, she made the stupid shirt herself. She was smiling in the picture. They have yet to show adequate evidence that he was abusive. Sexually deviant, perhaps, but not abusive. She always went along with all of his sexual requests and even took pictures of them having sex right before she killed him, which she then tried to wash away in a freaking washing machine, lmao. I'm sure you're familiar with all of this, it's just completely insane for her to think anyone in the Jury is buying her story.

I hope she gets convicted of First Degree Murder and is sentenced to the death penalty. And regardless of how irritating he is, I actually think it's an effective way of questioning her. After all, she is a manipulating sociopath who is a clear liar that tries to circumvent every question he asks her.

Yeah I find her ways ridiculous and think it would be insane if they don't find her guilty but that's how I felt with the Casey Anthony trial and she was let off!! But as for him I feel he has proven so much about how she is a liar and that he has made the point that this expert witness is not really an expert being that nothing he says makes sense unless the lady for the defense is asking the questions but I just don't like how he objects to the littlest of things. Do you watch the trial streaming live as well?   It drives me nuts when either side has an objection and they approach the bench to speak silently with the judge! I'm like, wtf are you saying, haha! I will admit I blow up the screen and try to read lips
